This sorter remains in the seller's laboratory under service contract through June, 2018. Considering its excellent condition, prospective purchasers are encouraged to provide an as-is, where-is bid. Alternatively, a prospective purchaser can elect to submit a bid that includes the following refurbishing procedures by Spectron:
Determine condition of cytometer hardware, computer, peripherals, cables and tubing. Replace boards, cables or computer as needed to get unit powered up for testing. Run bleach solution through fluidics to decontaminate. Run pre-final test software to determine what electronic circuit boards may be malfunctioning and replace. Clean all electronic board connections and inspect all wiring for wear. Determine the condition of all lasers. If lasers read below specified power and stability, would replace with new or remanufactured laser of equal or better specifications. Change all worn fluidics components. Change tubing as needed and replace all filters. Adjust power supplies to specifications. Replace fluidics containers if cracked or discolored. Perform sample and sheath sensor pneumatics calibration.
Perform beamshaper alignment.
Clean all optical dichroic and band-pass filters. Align PMTs for highest gain. Replace any PMT that requires excessive voltage or high HPCVs. Perform optical alignment for optimum HPCV's using Flow Check beads. Confirm CyClone operation on microplates. Confirm drop delay and other sorting parameters are functioning propertly. Provide any required restoration of exterior and interior components. Confirm that instrument meets all original factory specifications.

| Installation by a qualified service representative quoted separately. The price will include all travel expenses and labor required to confirm proper operation at the customer's facility utilizing standard calibration procedures. Any additional time required to correct malfunctions shall be included in the quoted installation fee. |

| Instrument and/or applications training by a qualified representative are available for an additional fee. The quoted price includes travel and perdiem expenses when training is performed during an installation visit. Otherwise additional reimbursement for travel and perdiem expenses may be required. |

| Custom warranty or service contracts can be quoted separately. All components are covered unless failure is due to operator negligence. In addition, we offer unlimited telephone support for all of the products sold through Spectron Corporation regardless of warranty. |

| Shipping costs will be quoted separately. If shipped directly from the seller's lab, US buyers will likely arrange for a van line. Foreign buyers will require packing for air or sea export. |
